Our Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in an exceptional vineyard site. Its terroir produces a Cabernet Sauvignon that ranks among the best in Sonoma County and California. The vineyard boasts soils of rocky, medium clay. In the cellar, fermentation with open top tanks with manual punchdown 2-4 times a day.
Aromas of cedar, black currant, blackberry jam which is very typical of hillside Cabernet from Dry Creek Valley. Elements of tobacco and leather. Fruit and herb flavors intertwine in a lively arabesque, neither dominates, neither subsides — perhaps a waltz or maybe a tango?
