Dry Creek Valley
Our Zinfandel comes from vineyards in Dry Creek Valley. True to Dry Creek Zinfandel heritage, our wine has appealing aromas of ripe red fruits with a touch of oaky vanilla. In the mouth the entry is warm and full bodied with gobs of sweet black plum, balanced by good acidity and chewy tannins. The initial bright fruit evolves into a rich mix of fruit leather, tamarind, fermenting fruits, and finishes with a touch of marzipan candy.
Our Zin is delicious on its own. It pairs well with tomato-based pasta sauces and is great accompanying a burger.
