Aromas of cedar, black currant, blackberry jam which is very typical of hillside Cabernet from Dry Creek Valley. Elements of tobacco and leather. Fruit and herb flavors intertwine in a lively arabesque, neither dominates, neither subsides — perhaps a waltz or maybe a tango?
Our Cabernet pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, pastas, pizzas, and roasted vegetables. It is great with a burger.
